TTU regents to discuss big topics Thursday, Friday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) The Texas Tech Board of Regents has a full agenda for Thursday and Friday.

The agenda includes a construction project for 6,000 new seats in the North end of Jones AT&T Stadium. This is in addition to the East side expansion.

The Regents will also consider the establishment of a wind farm research center.
