LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A San Antonio man is arrested following a brawl at a central Lubbock night club.

Just before 2 a.m., Lubbock Police responded to El Rodeo at 48th and Avenue Q, after hearing shots fired in the area. At the bar, they found a large group of people fighting in the parking lot.

Officers found 32-year-old Jacob Meza, of Lubbock, on the ground with a head injury. Investigators believe he was hit over the head with a blunt object. EMS took Meza to the hospital.
