South Plains man pleads guilty to child porn - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A South Plains man has admitted to downloading child pornography over the internet. James Matthew Smith of White River Lake pleaded guilty last week.

Court records show he searched for child porn between August and September of 2008 and had images of at least one female toddler. Smith now faces five to 20 years in federal prison.
