Lubbock mayor gets international support for highway - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK TX, (KCBD) - Lubbock-based Ports-to-Plains coalition has a brand new international partner.  NewsChannel 11 broke the story Sunday night that Lubbock Mayor Tom Martin was headed up to Alberta Canada.  

The Premier of Alberta Province signed a deal to help Lubbock and other cities get Ports to Plains done.  

Ports to plains, when finished, will be a highway system that connects Mexico with Canada through Lubbock.
