Police investigating Central Lubbock suspicious death

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A woman was found dead in her apartment in the 4600 block of Belton Avenue Monday around 6 p.m. Police say they are investigating this case as a suspicious death.  

"It's still very early in the investigation, we are not sure which way the evidence will lead, whether a homicide or other options," said Lt. Neal Barron.

Lubbock Police say the woman was about 29-years-old.
