Man accused of burglarizing Plains Optical behind bars

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The man accused of causing more than 16 thousand dollars in damage at a Lubbock optical business is behind bars. Michael Constancio, Sr., 40  was arrested around three Tuesday afternoon.

He is charged with burglary of a building in connection with the April 24th burglary of Plains Optical in the 3000 block of 50th Street. Police say Constancio and another suspect stole several expensive eyeglass frames - and caused more than 16-thousand dollars in damage.
