Injured toddler continues to improve

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A two year-old child injured in a fatal accident near Shallowater Tuesday, is listed in good condition Wednesday afternoon.

Kyra Nesbitt, 2, was injured when the Suburban she was riding in ran a stop sign at the intersection of FM 2641 and CR 1500 and collided with Lubbock Sheriff's Deputy, Ken Mull. Hannah Spoon, 3, of Littlefield, was killed.

The accident is still under investigation. So far, no charges have been filed.
