LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Federal prosecutors prepare to take Kenneth Wilcox to trial. Wilcox is charged with three counts of kidnapping, accused of taking three Lubbock children to the woods in southeastern Oklahoma without their parent's knowledge or permission.

Last week, Judge Sam Cummings ruled new details about Wilcox's alleged visit to Spencer's Gifts before the children went missing would be admissible. Prosecutors allege Wilcox bought handcuffs at the shop and asked if Lubbock had local sex shops. The trial is scheduled to start on Tuesday.
