LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - More members of the Latin Kings street gang pleaded guilty Friday in Lubbock federal court. That's the same street gang accused of a drive by murder in Big Spring last year.

In April, News Channel 11 shot exclusive video of the FBI dive team at White River (east of Crosbyton) when they recovered parts of an AK-47 assault rifle. Court records say the leader of the Texas division of the Latin Kings is a Lubbock man, Jose Nava, who is in custody and under indictment.

The two newest guilty pleas, however, are related to drugs, not murder. John Guzman and Luis Nava both admit to drug conspiracy pertaining to cocaine and marijuana. They'll both be sentenced at a later date between 10 years and life in prison.
