LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock Police Department will be out conducting a code enforcement in the Lynndale Acres neighborhood Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Code Inspectors will be looking for junked vehicles, nuisance weeds and rubbish, substandard housing and zoning. The area being inspected is bordered by Avenue Q, 50th Street, and Ave A.
A field office will be set up at 5401 Ave J at the Dixie Little League parking lot.
Solid Waste will provide a roll off dumpster at the field office for the citizens in the defined area to dispose of unwanted bulky items such as furniture, appliances, or tree branches.
