LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A popular cell phone is now under a voluntary recall.
Samsung is recalling about 160,000 "Jitterbug" cell phones because the Consumer Product Safety Commission says the phones might fail to connect to 911 when they are out of range, which is not only dangerous but a violation of FCC rules.
No other Samsung phones are part of the recall. For more information, click here.
