Fire at Lubbock Dairy Queen - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Quick response on the part of the Lubbock Fire Department prevented a fast food restaurant from going up in flames late Monday night. It happened around 11:30pm at the Dairy Queen at 24th and Avenue Q. Firefighters extinguished the blaze in a matter of minutes.

A heating element is suspected to be the cause of the incident.
