Doctor pleads guilty, not filing taxes - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A South Plains doctor is in trouble, admitting he did not file his income taxes.  

Dr. Michael John Woollens had a last known address in Edmonson which is northwest of Plainview. He admits in court records that he did not file his income taxes for 2002 though 2006. By taking a plea agreement, Dr. Woollens will only be found guilty of failing to file in the year 2002, when he had nearly $140,000 of gross income. 

He'll be sentenced at a later date and faces no more than one year in prison.
