Lubbock Man Indicted on Child Pornography Charges

A Lubbock man is indicted Wednesday on federal child pornography charges. Philip Noel Hagar now faces eleven counts of interstate transportation of child pornography. The graphic images were allegedly downloaded over the last 11 months, and involve young male children.

The case will be tried before a U.S. magistrate. Each count carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison, and up to a $250,000 fine.
