TULIA, TX (KCBD) - According to the Plainview Daily Herald, the new Tulia city manager is Dan Dible.
Dible has been city manager of four New Mexico cities including Hobbs. He's quoted by the newspaper as saying he liked the idea of coming to Tulia because it has a city-owned electric utility.
