Third closure on Ave. Q Sunday night - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Work continues along Avenue Q in Lubbock. Sunday night, crews will shutdown the intersection of Avenue Q and 19th Street. It's part of a $153,000 re-paving project.

Workers already completed work at 50th and 34th Streets.  Sunday, they'll shut down Avenue Q and 19th Street at 7:00 p.m.  The intersection will re-open to north and southbound traffic by 7: a.m.  East and westbound traffic will be detoured around the intersection. It should take at least two nights to complete.
