Curbside recycling hits the Hub City

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Recycling takes on a new look in Lubbock. Heather and Holly Castagna kicked off their curbside recycling service called Green Queens Monday for Lubbock residents. They consider this endeavor their most crowning achievement.

"We just we love this community and we have a passion for the greatness of Lubbock and we do so many wonderful things for the community," says Heather Castagna.

The Green Queens offer a variety of curbside recycling services from month to month agreements to yearlong contracts. They also provide their patrons with thirty-three gallon one hundred percent recycled material bags to use.
