Fender bender ties up morning traffic on South Loop 289 - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If you were stuck in traffic during your commute on South Loop 289 Tuesday morning, a fender bender was the reason why.

NewsChannel 11 used TX-DOT cameras positioned along Loop 289 to show viewers the area to avoid. The minor collision occured around 8:00 a.m. in the east bound lanes between Indiana and University Avenues .

Traffic on the South Loop was backed up for about 45 minutes and there were no major injuries were reported.
