Suspicious death, body found in vacant House In Clovis, NM

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Several search warrants were issued after police in Clovis, New Mexico discover a body inside a vacant house.

Police found the body around 9:30am Tuesday after someone reported an aggravated battery that had previously occurred there.

Police are calling it a suspicious death.

Investigators believe the body is an adult male, but because of the condition of the body additional identifiers were not available.

Authorities are hoping an autopsy will help identify the person.
