Tech has new Vice Chancellor - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Tech hopes its newly hired Vice Chancellor will also help "spur" the University's growth. Russ Bookbinder retired last June as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the San Antonio Spurs.

Tech announced that Bookbinder will take on the role of Vice Chancellor and Chief Marketing Officer for the Texas Tech University System. Bookbinder's first day on the job is July 2nd.
