PopTarts

Kellogg's is recalling over 700,000 packages of Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon PopTtarts. The product may contain eggs and the information is not listed on the box. The recalled boxes have eight pop-tarts inside with the code numbers 38-000, 31-11-0 and k-31-11-d. The affected packages also have best before dates of September 23, October 27, October 28, and November 23-27, 2003. Return the package to the store where purchased for a refund.

Candles

Home Interiors and Gifts Incorporated are recalling 211,000 tea lights. Flames from the candles can cause the plastic holders to melt. The candles come in ivory and red colors. You should mail the candles back for a refund.

Folding Chairs

S.I.T. Inc. is recalling 80,000 plastic stack chairs. The chairs can collapse when someone sits in it. The recall involves the Cometa green and white chairs. UPC numbers 0-82294-319754 (white) and 0-82294-319785 (green) are located on a label on the front of the chair. Made in Italy and Not Recommended for Use on Polished or Smooth Surfaces are also printed on the label.
Drug stores sold the chairs nationwide from April 2000 through September 2002 for $4 to $6.
