PLAINVIEW, TX (KCBD) - In Plainview, a Hale County Commissioner pleaded guilty Friday to felony charges of tampering with government records.

Neal Burnett, 75, was indicted in December for using county credit cards to buy gas for his personal vehicle and for misappropriating gas from the precinct barn between October 2007 and June of 2008.
