Along with graduating first in her class, Hanna was the president of the National Honor Society and a member of the National Technical Honor Society at Frenship High School. She is a 2-time state competitor in Texas Academic UIL, placing 2nd in journalism in 2011. Next year, Hanna will be attending Texas A&M University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Pre-Med. She hopes one day to specialize in neurology. Outside of the classroom, she has enjoyed playing piano, working as a waitress, and being a member of the youth group at Wolfforth United Methodist Church. Her parents are Dwain and Diane Bunting of Lubbock.
