Lubbock teen suspected in home invasion remains behind bars

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock teen remains behind bars on a $250,000 bond for breaking into an elderly woman's home last week. Police arrested 18-year-old Rakeem Kennedy at his home in the 2300 block of 49th Street Sunday night. 

Investigators say Kennedy broke into the home of an 89-year-old woman last Thursday. Luckily, she escaped through her front door, unharmed.
