Raymundo Garza indicted on capital murder charges

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County Grand Jury ups the charges against a Lubbock murder suspect. 

Tuesday evening, members indicted Raymundo Garza Jr., 28, on two counts of capital murder and one count of murder. That means Garza will go to trial for the February stabbing death of 48-year-old Tina Sanchez. 

Authorities arrested Garza at the Texas-Mexico border three months after Sanchez's death.  Garza remained in the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday night.
