Man charged in deadly wreck will stand trial

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - On Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Mario Ortiz, 25 on charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault. Lubbock Police arrested Ortiz after they say he forced a minivan off North Loop 289, causing it crash.

The March wreck killed Paul Dewey, 33. Four others, including an infant were injured.
