LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Five suspects now stand indicted for the robbery and rape of a Texas Tech University student.
A Lubbock County Grand Jury says there is enough evidence for Laquintin Johnson, 21, Kevin Price, 20, Artesia Thomas, 20, Danny Wilson, 26, and Gary Wilson, 28 to go to trial for burglary with intent. That's a first degree felony.
Police say they broke into a home in the 200 Block of Homestead Avenue, in northwest Lubbock on March 24th. The victim told police she was waiting for some friends to arrive when three of the suspects entered her home and robbed her. She says two of the suspects then sexually assaulted her.
