Suspect indicted in central Lubbock armed robbery

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Surveillance video caught the suspect in the act. Now, Robert Carruth, 46, will go to trial for the May armed robbery of EZ Mart near 34th and Quaker. 

Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Carruth on a charge of Aggravated Robbery.

Armed robbery suspect arrested
Wednesday, Lubbock police charged Robert Carruth, 34, with the aggravated robbery of an EZ Mart on May 26th.
