LPD Reaching Out to Change a Community

City departments are reaching out to the community by traveling to a neighborhood near you. The Lubbock Police Department set up an RV at Bayless Elementary School. For this week, a mobile office has been open for residents in the area to voice their concerns about neighborhood safety.

Police Chief Claude Jones says he's getting all city departments involved to help address other community issues like housing and health. The RV will set up again next month, in another Lubbock neighborhood.
