Rosanna Turner - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Rosanna Turner is the Valedictorian of Jayton High School with a 3.77 GPA. She is the daughter of Scarlet Turner and granddaughter of Rose Moulton of Girard, Texas.  She has been accepted to McMurray University in Abilene, Texas.  Rosanna plans on a career in teacher education, majoring in music and math. She someday hopes to become a band director.  During her high school years she was active in band (as the assistant beginning band director), UIL, the Baptist Youth Group, cross country, One Act Play, and basketball.  Rosanna recently returned from a National Honor Society trip to New York City where she attended the Broadway Show, "Phantom of the Opera" and visited Times Square.
