Authorities capture Joseph Montoya

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Joseph Montoya, 34 is now on the captured wall. Lubbock authorities captured him last week at a hotel on Avenue Q.

Montoya is charged with evading arrest, prohibited weapons, and theft. Thursday, Montoya was behind bars at the Lubbock County Jail.
