Visit Lubbock reopens search for executive director

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The new director of Lubbock's Visitor Bureau is no longer the new director.

Darren Rudloff had an unanticipated and urgent family health crisis so he will not be coming from Wyoming to Lubbock to become the Hub City's top tourism officer.

Rudloff says he's grateful and city officials say they are saddened by Rudloff's family emergency.

The search now resumes for a new executive director of Visit Lubbock.
