LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A federal lawsuit filed by a former school teacher claiming discrimination and harassment has been dropped.

Tarrah Shea Waller had claimed she was the victim of discrimination and harassment.  She says she was fired after refusing sexual advances from a female principal. Nancy Sharp, district spokesperson, tells NewsChannel 11 that Waller has "voluntarily" dropped the suit and that it has been dismissed. Sharp also says that a judge had given the claims of sexual advances no  basis in court.

In court records, the LISD said there was a legitimate business interest in asking Waller to resign.
