Wang charged with child indecency, case to grand jury delayed

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Tuesday a grand jury was set to consider the case of Thomas Li-Chung Wang, 57, who is charged with indecency with a child.

Lubbock Police say back in May, Wang walked out into his front yard in the 3200 block of 33rd street without any clothing and exposing himself to children. Police say he walked back into the house, but came back outside wearing women's underwear. 

The grand jury on Tuesday "passed" on the case which means they took no action.  A pass is common in cases where witnesses are not available or prosecutors need more time to present their case.
