Chick-Fil-A celebrates "Cow Appreciation Day" with free food - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - July 10th is "Cow Appreciation Day" at Chick-Fil-A. As part of the celebration, the fast food favorite is offering a free meal to any customer who visits their restaurant - dressed as a cow.

Many frugal chicken lovers from across the South Plains turned up at lunch Friday - to take part.

This is now the 5th year for this promotion, sponsored by Chick-Fil-A and Dr. Pepper.
