Motorist beware of road work 300 block Buddy Holly

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Drivers, beware. A new sewer line may cause traffic delays starting Monday morning.   The city of Lubbock water utilities department will be laying a new sewer line across 3rd Place and Buddy Holly Avenue.   The new project is expected to be completed by August 1st.
