Levelland holds 24-hour prayer vigil

LEVELLAND, TX (KCBD) - In Levelland, residents wrapped up a 24-hour prayer service Monday night.

Citizens congregated Sunday night, following Friday's methamphetamine arrests to pray for the community. However, organizers say the day of prayer was planned before the raid.

The vigil began at 7 p.m. Sunday night and continued through 7 p.m. Monday, making it a full 24 hours of prayer.

NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson attended the vigil Monday and will have a complete report on NewsChannel 11 at 10.
