Insurance company says Lubbock has 3rd safest drivers in state

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Where would find, generally speaking, the safest drivers in Texas?   According to Allstate Insurance you would find them in Lubbock!

Lubbock ranks third best in Texas behind Brownsville and McAllen. The insurance company says Lubbock drivers go more than 10 years on average between collisions.
