The Abernathy City Hall is a third of the way demolished, and it looks like for now it will stay that way. Demolition was supposed to start Monday, but the city got a jump start on it Friday morning. The injunction stopped the demolition until a judge can decide if Abernathy followed the law in starting on Friday. That ruling is expected January 17th.
