LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Brownfield woman is dead after a one vehicle rollover in Hale county Wednesday.
Deniela Hernandez, 21, was driving a Tahoe north on Interstate 27 around 6:30 a.m., when she drifted off the roadway toward the center median. Hernandez overcorrected, hit the guardrail, and rolled the SUV one and a half times.
Hernandez was thrown from the Tahoe. AeroCare flew her to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
The cause of the rollover is still under investigation.
