Citibus Asking the City for Help - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

More passengers rode Citibus last year than any other year before. But, when Lubbock's population passed the 200,000 mark, Citibus lost federal funding to cover some of their operating costs. Citibus will need to either increase funding by the city, or decrease its services. The matter will be discussed Wednesday morning, during the Lubbock City Council's work session.
