Police investigate "suspicious" death

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A death investigation was underway Sunday night after a 19-year-old dies from a gunshot wound.  

Lubbock police responded after shots were fired at an apartment at Indiana Village on North Indiana Avenue. Police say Michael Rodriguez, 19, was found dead around 7 p.m.

The shooting is still under investigation and police did not rule either a self inflicted wound or a homicide early Sunday night.
