PRIMERA, TX (CodeAmber.org) - The State of Texas canceled the Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon after Diana Izaguirre, 14, was found safe in a Brownsville motel. The suspect, Victor Garcia, 27, is in custody at this time and faces kidnapping charges.

The State of Texas issued the Amber Alert early Tuesday morning after the child was reportedly abducted in Primera late Monday. The child is considered to be in extreme danger and the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

Primera is in south Texas just north west of Harlingen.
