LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Texas agriculture officials say crop and livestock losses could top $4 billion this year.
Crops and rangeland are scorched from lack of rainfall and record triple digit heat throughout Texas. Officials said Monday that if dry conditions continue losses could surpass the record $4.1 billion set back in 2006.
