DPS investigating fatal accident near Muleshoe - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

MULESHOE, TX (KCBD) - A fatal accident west of Muleshoe has killed a 15-year-old girl. Details are limited as the Department of Public Safety continues their investigation.

We do know the 15-year-old was riding in a car when it collided with an 18-wheeler west of Muleshoe along U.S. Highway 84 just after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. 

A passenger in the car was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital.  NewsChannel 11 will continue to follow this developing story.
