Drivers May Run Into Road Work on I-27

If your daily commute to work has you driving through the interstate, you may want to take an alternate route. Road work is underway on I-27 as part of a $7 million bridge repair construction project.

The southbound lanes from 4th St. to 50th St. have been reduced to one lane. Crews will be working there for the next two weeks and then they will move to another part of the interstate.
