Bond set for teens accused of sexual assault


LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The bond has been set for two Lubbock teens who admitted to having sex with two minors. Theodes Shells, 18, and Joshua Willis, 19, are being held in the Lubbock County Jail on a $20,000 bond each.

Both teens charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. The two were arrested Wednesday evening after two 12-year-old girls accused them of kidnapping and sexually assaulting them. A family member found the girls Wednesday near 17th Street and Avenue R.

The girls had been reported missing on Tuesday.
