XCel & LP&L customers to receive refund - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - XCel and LP&L customers can look forward to opening their August bill.

Thanks to falling fuel prices, both companies are giving their Texas customers a refund. The refund will be a onetime credit to their August bill.

According to both companies, an average residence using 1000 kilowatts can expect to see a $23.60 deduction off next month's bill.
