Loop 289 drivers expect lane closures and detours

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If you drive on Loop 289, you need to pay extra attention during the evenings.

Crews are making bridge joint repairs to the westbound bridge at North Loop 289 and I-27. Repairs are also being made to the east and westbound South Loop frontage road bridges on I-27.

The repairs will be made during the overnight hours and drivers can expect lane closures and detours.
