Brownfield Police seek potential homicide suspect

BROWNFIELD, TX (KCBD) - Terry County authorities need your help to located a potential suspect in a recent Brownfield homicide. Pete Martinez, 25, died in the early morning hours of July 20th, after he suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.

Police say he got shot during an argument with a group of people outside his home.      Investigators say the suspects went looking for revenge after being robbed earlier that night.

Now, police are looking for Christopher Martinez, 24.  He has three warrants out for his arrest right now for endangering a child, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, and assault causing bodily injury.

Again, authorities also suspect some involvement in the death of Pete Martinez.  If you can help authorities locate Christopher Martinez, call Brownfield Police at (806) 637-2511.  You can remain anonymous.
